IEEE TUIT Student Branch Annual Plan: Educational Seminars, Practical Workshops and Conferences
Dear students, teachers and all technology lovers!
We are pleased to present to you our annual work plan of IEEE Tashkent University of Information Technologies Student Branch. In the new 2025, we have prepared a number of events aimed at developing professional skills, scientific potential and expanding the circle of like-minded people.
Seminars & Workshops for everyone
Throughout the year, we will hold open seminars and master-class lessons about how to write papers for IEEE conferences.
Annual conferences under the auspices of the IEEE TUIT Student Branch
An important part of our plan are two large conferences that we have planned for 2025:
2025 Information Technologies, Networks and Telecommunications International Conference (2025 ITN&T) – dedicated to a wide range of issues in the field of ICT, innovation and engineering solutions. Dates of the conference: 02-03 May 2025.
Al-Khwarizmi International Scientific and Practical Conference – focus on advanced research, new technologies and their application in real projects. Dates of the conference: October 2025
Both conferences are held under the patronage of our student section and are open to students, graduate students and young scientists. Participation is a great opportunity to share your own developments and communicate with colleagues in the scientific community.
We invite everyone to join us and take advantage of the opportunities that IEEE membership provides! Follow the news on our website and social networks so as not to miss event announcements, information about open meetings and registration for the conference.

Seminars for everyone
Throughout the year, we will hold open seminars and master-class lessons about how to write papers for IEEE conferences. where we will talk about IEEE activities, the benefits of membership in our section, and also consider the latest trends in ICT and engineering. These meetings are a great opportunity not only to get to know the team of our section, but also to learn how you can join us and develop together.
The seminars will be held quarterly, the date of each seminar will be announced at least 1 month before the seminar.
First seminar will be hold on 14th February at Urgench branch of TUIT’s campus.

Workshops on writing articles for IEEE conferences
One of the key areas this year will be practical workshops (master classes) on writing scientific articles for IEEE conferences. We will cover in detail:
– The structure and requirements for scientific publications;
– Features of article formatting for IEEE;
– Tips for effective presentation of research results.
These workshops will help participants improve their research skills and increase their chances of successful publication. The workshops will be held quarterly, the date of each workshop will be announced at least 1 month before the seminar.
